• Calls and text messages. When you call or text our business number, we receive your phone number, the contents of your messages, and standard call information (like the time of your call). Calls and texts are routed through our telephony provider and forwarded to a mobile phone so we can respond personally.
• Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site securely. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, prepare your free audit, provide and improve our services, and keep basic business records. We never sell your personal information.

Text messaging privacy

If you give us your phone number or text us, we may text you back about your audit, scheduling, and our services.
